Features of the Column Extra-rigid precision-machined steel column for more accurate drilling. 42" long x 2-7/8" square column bolts securely to the reinforced base. Built-in jackscrew provides stability for ceiling or wall bracing. Gear track is bolted solidly to the back of column and is easily replaced. Features of the Drilling Head Same quality features as the 2511. Carriage is two-piece, precision machined for more precise fit on column. Standard maximum bit capacity is 10". Optional spacer kits available for larger bit capacity
